1. What is your turnaround time for made-to-order items?
Made-to-order items typically take 1 to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the number of orders I already have in the queue. Please keep in mind that I always strive to finish orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the best quality!
2. How long does it take to ship ready-to-ship items?
Ready-to-ship items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive tracking information once your item has shipped.
3. Where do you ship to?
I currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States. I’m working on expanding my reach, so stay tuned for updates!
4. What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service), but I also use UPS for certain orders. Shipping time typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on the destination.
5. Can I return my order?
Yes! I accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Do you accept exchanges?
Unfortunately, I do not offer exchanges. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your order, feel free to contact me, and I will do my best to assist you.
7. Do you take custom orders?
I currently do not accept custom orders. However, I have a variety of ready-to-ship and made-to-order items available, and I’m always adding new designs, so check back regularly for new pieces!
8. Can I rush my order?
While I try to accommodate urgent orders, the timeline depends on my current workload and availability. Please contact me before placing an order to check if a rush order is possible.
9. Are your items made with high-quality materials?
Yes! I use only the best quality yarns and materials to craft every item, ensuring both durability and comfort. All of my pieces are handmade with love and care.
10. Are your items made in a smoke-free and pet-free environment?
Yes! All of my items are handmade in a smoke-free and pet-free home, so you can be confident that your order is free from any allergens or smoke exposure.
11. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, I do not offer gift wrapping, but many of my items come beautifully packaged, perfect for gifting!
12. How do I care for my crochet or knit items?
For most of my handmade items, I recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and laying them flat to dry. Always refer to the care instructions for each specific piece.
